7 Photo Worthy Graduation Decorations
#1 – Start it off with picture perfect invites.
There are so many gorgeous invite options out there. Pick one that lets you show off your graduate in their graduation cap and gown. We used this life is an adventure one but there are a ton of personalized photo invite options to choose from!
#2 – Feature your graduate on the food.
There are so many different ways you could do this. Order personalized custom cupcake picks with photos of the graduates. Order a cake with a photo of the graduate. Or even some swirl lollipops with photos!
#3 – Incorporate photos into your tables.
Whether it’s adding simple photos in frames like I did for this Bohemian wedding or printing an actual customized tablecloth with a photo of the graduate, it’s easy to use photos to celebrate your guest of honor. I used this customized photo Table Top-It from Shindigz to double as a table covering and a place for guests to write advice to the graduate.
#4 – Use photos in larger than life decorations.
When I was looking for 50th birthday party ideas , I found the idea of using photos to write the number 50 on the wall. You could do it this way or make it a lot easier and just order these custom photo letters or numbers from Shindigz instead. You upload the photos and Shindigz does all the work for you. These letters make an amazing statement piece at any party.
#5 – Think outside of the box.
Ever played two truths and one lie? Order one of these customized personalized boxes and include instructions on the box to have people write down three stories of memories of the graduate. Pull them out of the box and read the stories and have people guess which one is accurate.
If your group isn’t really into games, just have people write down things they wish they’d known or advice to the graduate instead.
Or use the box to hold cards or other small graduation gifts .
#6 – Have a candy buffet with personalized treats.
Either personalize candy with something like these lollipops , or use customized candy tubes or personalized candy jars . We used cute jars with a personalized topper, jelly beans inside, and a sticker on the inside that said, “Thanks for ‘be-an’ here.”
#7 – Send your guests home with a reminder of your graduate.
Pick out one of these personalized favors and personalize it with photos and something your graduate loves. We did bags with these personalized photo stickers and candy sushi to represent my sister’s love of sushi.
