There are two things I love most about summer – barbecues and picnics. And today I’m sharing an orange fruit dip recipe that works for both occasions. Make up some fruit kebabs and take this dip along for your family. Or serve it inside a cut out pineapple with fresh fruit at a barbecue. It’s simple to make and can easily be made ahead!

- ▢ 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- ▢ 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- ▢ Zest of one orange
- Mix orange juice, powdered sugar, and orange zest together until it's well combined.
- Beat in cream cheese until dip reaches a good consistency.
