As I was decorating my mantel for fall this weekend, I realized something – I have a lot of candy corn decorations. From my yarn candy corn to my candy corn treat plate , I apparently like using candy corn for fall. I have yet, however, to make a candy corn treat. Or at least not until I made these yummy Snack Pack candy corn pudding cups yesterday.

5 Minute candy corn pudding cups, the perfect fall dessert that can be made in less than 5 minutes! #shop #SnackPackMixins

If you couldn’t tell from my mini pie bar or 4th of July pudding treats , I love Snack Pack, especially since it has as much calcium as an 8 oz glass of milk! That’s perfect for someone like me who isn’t a big milk drinker. And one of my favorite ways to use Snack Packs is by coloring the vanilla flavored pudding to match my party decorations, so when I was at Walmart earlier this week I picked up some vanilla Snack Pack to make my first ever candy corn treat. You can find them in the pudding and snack aisle or in awesome snack shippers in the middle of the aisles.

The best thing about these is that they literally took me less than five minutes to make, and when I have a million other things to do to get ready for a party, I can use all the five minute recipes I can get. These would be a fun fall treat for your kids or you can make up a bunch and serve them at a party. I used my pretty little glasses, but if you were making them for a party with kids, I’d recommend just using clear plastic cups instead. You still get the candy corn design without the broken glass.

I bet you can guess how I made them, but I’m going to show you anyway because it’s really just fun. And this is something your kids could easily help you with, a fun edible craft!

First things first, get your ingredients together. You’ll need vanilla flavored Snack Pack pudding, Reddi Wip, orange and yellow food coloring (I used gel and liquid), and candy corn for garnish.

After you’ve got all of your supplies together, split your pudding into two bowls and dye one bowl of pudding orange and the other yellow. This is seriously the hardest step of the entire process, that’s how easy this recipe is. You add the food coloring into the pudding and stir until it’s well combined.

Once you have both colors of pudding, spoon a small amount of the yellow pudding into the bottom of your cups. Pat the cups gently on the counter to help the pudding set into an even layer. Then repeat with the orange pudding, layering it neatly on top of the yellow layer. If you get any of the pudding on the edge of the glass, just take a wet paper towel and carefully wipe it off or you won’t have the pretty candy corn layers at the end.

And now comes the really fun part! Okay, maybe it’s just really fun for me because I love Reddi Wip. I may or may not have fed K directly from the can after filling the cups. Fill in the remainder of the glass with the Reddi Wip Then if you want, top with candy corn. Then serve immediately because the Reddi Wip is meant to be eaten soon after it’s sprayed. If you’re not planning to eat the cups until later, go ahead and get your two pudding layers done, then refrigerate. Just before you’re ready to serve, add the Reddi Wip on so it’s nice and fresh.

Serve with a cute colored spoon and enjoy your delicious and creamy festive fall dessert! 5 Minute candy corn pudding cups, the perfect fall dessert that can be made in less than 5 minutes! #shop #SnackPackMixins
